I took a tour of my neighbors teardrop camper. I spend some time at the library / multimedia center and had lunch and coffee there. In the afternoon, I took in the Confederation Art Gallery. There was a late evening Yin yoga glass which I took.

A lighthouse tour day that took me off the beaten path. There is a lot of harvesting going on this time of year. Mussels at The John Brown Richmond Street Grill and live music on the street.

The day started off with a wonderful hot yoga class followed by great coffee. I then went to the brand new library to do some planning and writing. I toured the historic part of the city and then returned to the campsite to watch a picturesque view of the river at sunset.

Drive from Sydney, NS to KOA campground near Charlottetown, PEI.

Spent 22 hours on the Ferry from Argentia, NL to Sydney, NS.

I spent the day organizing photos, writing, touring the Avalon Mall near St. John’s. In the evening, I went to see Top Gun Maverick.

Spout Path and Heretic Hill Trail. At sunset a trip to the Easternmost point in North America and Spear Lighthouse. Later I had dinner at Piatto Pizzeria Restaurant.

I travelled around St. John’s just to get to know the city. A must see is Signal Hill. I toured the small dedication to the first transatlantic wireless transmission. I did the port walk along to get closer to the lighthouse. The Jelly Bean Houses are another must see. I ened with a hike around the cove at Torbay.

Travel day to St. John’s, setup at the campsite, and laundry.

A long day of traveling, visiting the Sea Arch, Devil’s Footprints, the Painted Rocks and Bonavista.

Coffee at the Treasure Box. Missed the tour of the Fjords, heading to St. John’s or Bonavista depending on weather.

Drive to Gros Morne and moose siting. Later a visit to The Merchant Warehouse in Bonne Bay.

Visit to the waterfalls at Cheeseman Provincial Park were I stayed. Hike the Coastrangs Trail in the Codroy Valley.

Preparation for ferry ride to Newfoundland. This was a huge ferry, much like the one I took from Calais France to York England years ago.

Long trip from St. John’s Nova Scotia to the ferry port near Sydney, NS.

Traveled to St. John’s Nova Scotia. St. John’s is a bigger city with a paper tissue factory (see photo) and a lot of shopping centers.

Leaving the Baxter Park area on the way to Cutle, ME. Mostly a dreary rainy trip over questionable roads.

Drive through Northern NH to Baxter State Park in Maine. Stay near Big Moose Inn. Hiked Mount Katahdin to Baxter Peak on the Abol Trail.

A ride on the Littleton, NH rail trail. Explored the town and met Wayne the Saxophone man.

i drove from NH to the Stowe area to hike Smuggler’s Notch and Visit the town. Along the way I met some really great people and checked out the world’s number one brewery.
