Deadwood is a town built on legends. I walked its historic streets, learned about Wild Bill and Calamity Jane, toured the Adams Museum, climbed to Mount Moriah Cemetery, watched lively reenactments, and finished the day driving the Spearfish Canyon Scenic Byway.
