Coffee and blogging at Rise ‘N Grind Cafe waiting for the rain to stop. Hiked King and Queen Seats Trail at Rocks State Park, MD. Pasta dinner at Basta Pasta.

Morning at Starbucks and lunch at Sprouts supermarket. Scenic drive to Susquehanna State park. Hiked the Rock Run Grist Mill Trail. Met Kuniko a Ko-Shinto/Shinto Priestess.

Stayed in a Cracker Barrel parking lot. Mountain biked in the Maryland Patapsco Valley State Park.

Visited College Park Maryland. Went for a bike ride. Toured the campus. Ate at Bentley’s . Watched the Maryland / Northwestern game.

Drive from Dover, DE to Annapolis, MD. Walked the streets around the capital and went to the marina.

Toured the Dover, the capital of Delaware. Spent time walking around the commons and old town. Had lunch and turkish coffee at the Cobblestone Cafe. Got a tour of the Legislative Hall.

Drove from West Hartford to Trenton, NJ to photograph the capital building and tour the area around the capital. Drove to Dover, Delaware and spent the night. Heading for warmer weather.

A fun, relaxing weekend in the George Washington Memorial Campground near Glocester, Rhode Island with my sons. We made pizza, chicken fajitas, and blueberry pancakes. We also hiked and fished in the park.

Hanging out at the Narragansett Public Library with a local coffee. Hiked the Black Point Trail in Narragansett, Rhode Island.

Left Cape Cod in the rain and drove to Providence, RI, the capital of Rhode Island to get photos of the State House. Drove to Newport, RI to see the Castle Hill Lighthouse and spend a little time in Newport. I really like this town and its history. Experiences sparrows swarming and watched strippers running.

Visit to Boston to capture the Massachusetts State House. Behind the State House is the Massachusetts Fallen Firefighters Memorial and the red brick neighborhoods of Beacon Hill. Off the Boston Common is the Park Street Church which is part of The Freedom Trail Walk.

Visit to the State House in Concord, New Hampshire. Hiked Senter Falls to get waterfall photos. Various photo stops along the way. Went to Ashuelot River Park in Keene, NH to get a different hike in.

I hiked the Shoal Pond Trail in Crawford Notch near Conway, New Hampshire. After the hike, I had dinner at Barley And Salt in North Conway. Later went to see The Portland Jazz Orchestra at the Majestic Theatre in Conway.

I hiked the Echo Lake State Park trails to White Horse Ledge and Cathedral Ledge. I met a mushroom man in a forest that gave me a lot tips on mushroom hunting.

Visited the Portland Head Light lighthouse and walked the remains of the Old Fort Williams fortification which has mostly been demolished. Dinner at Taco Trio with a former colleague and a visit to The Foulmouthed Brewery in South Portland.

Visit to the Coastal Main Botanical Gardens. Scenic route to South Portland, Maine. Past Red’s Eats in Wiscasset, Maine and saw the long line for lobster roll. Dinner with a former colleague in Portland.

I visited the Maine State House in Augusta and toured the mall. I hiked the outer loop at Viles Arboretum. I spent time hiking around the Vaughan Woods Trail and taking photographs of the waterfalls. I walked around Halloway and had coffee and pizza in the downtown area.

Trip from Bar Harbor to Augusta. A stop at Coastal Café and Bakery which had some great photography on display. Visited the COSTELL & COSTELL gallery in Gardiner on Water Street.

I hung out at Jesup Library and Choco-Latte avoiding the rain. In the afternoon I visited some of the tourist traps. Then went to my The Barnacle Pub and Oyster Bar.
